Articles in the Lean Production catagory are mainly focused on the technical aspects of lean. Lean Tools however will not be usefull, if the people do not know how to use them propoerly. For this, cultural change and a change of leadership is necessary. This catagory is devided in three sub catatories: 

• Leadership, how to transform yourself to a lean leader
• Cultural Change, which includes articles about organization culture and change management
• Training / coaching. How you can improve the way you train, coach and mentor your colleagues
